Ice River Springs
Ice River Springs is a private label bottled water producer for retailers and food service operators and manufacturer of the Ice River Green brand of bottled water. The company runs a plastics recycling operation, BMP Recycling, that takes bottles collected by municipalities and produces food grade recycled PET.
==Company history==
The company was started in 1995 in Feversham, Ontario bottling the spring water that fed a trout farm. The company has grown and now operates ten bottling plants in the United States and Canada. In 2011 they opened a plastics recycling operation producing 100% recycled PET bottles that can be recycled in an endless "closed loop". In 2014 the company launched the Ice River Green brand of bottled water in order to utilize the recycled green PET plastic that might otherwise be downcycled.
